On 27 March 2009 the High Court of Justice appointed the Official Receiver
provisional liquidator of Ikonic Publications Limited and Carroll-Dillon Publishing Limited.
This followed the presentation by the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and
Regulatory Reform of a petition to wind up the company in the public interest.
